The date has been set, the hall has been booked and the band is ready to play! It may seem a little early to be thinking about it , but before you know it October will be here! If you've attended this event in the past, then I am sure you know how much time and effort goes into the planning stages. We want to make this year's event the best ever!!

Place: Army, Navy & Air Force Club, 7 George Street, Barrie
TICKETS
TICKETS are $35.00 per person or $60.00 per couple and there are a limited number of tickets available. If you plan on attending, I would suggest that you purchase your ticket(s) as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Please see me at the front desk if interested.
THEME
We are asking everyone to take part in our MASQUERADE THEME. If you participate, by wearing a costume or a mask, your name will automatically be entered into our GRAND PRIZE DRAW. There will also be prizes for best costume and the results of winning either first, second or third place will also determine how many more chances you will have to win the GRAND PRIZE. If you choose not to wear a costume or mask ... no problem ... there will be opportunities to purchase GRAND PRIZE DRAW tickets throughout the evening.
THE POTLUCK
If you would like to contribute to the POTLUCK, please see me. We have come up with a list of items that we would like to see on the tables. We are going to try to keep the potluck as simple as possible. If bringing a HOT menu item, please make sure that it is fully prepared beforehand and then brought to the hall (time to be determined at a later date) in a crock pot or warming dish that can be plugged in. PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A STOVE FOR COOKING PURPOSES.
THE BAR
There will be a PAY BAR run by the Army, Navy and Air Force Club. Drinks are reasonably priced. If anyone would like to see the price list - I have a copy at the front desk.
SILENT AUCTION / PRIZES
Once again, we will be having a SILENT AUCTION. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART OF THE EVENING AND IS WHERE WE NEED THE MOST HELP BEFORE AND DURING THE EVENT. If you would like to contribute to the auction, have a prize or a contact for a prize donation, please speak with me.
